We read every message and we love hearing from players and their families. Whether you’ve found a problem, want to request a game, or have an idea for making the site easier to use, please get in touch.
We aim to reply within a few business days. There is no contact form to fill out and no account required — just send us a plain email.
What is worth writing to us about
Some messages are more useful to us than others, and it is only fair to say which.
- Something is broken or unreadable. This is the most valuable message we get. Tell us which game, what device you were using — a phone, an iPad, a Windows computer — and what happened. We cannot see your screen, so a sentence describing what you expected and what you got instead is worth more than a screenshot.
- A game is too hard to control. If a card will not go where you want it, if a button is too small under your finger, or if something needs a steadier hand than you have, we want to know. Several of the changes on this site began as exactly that kind of message.
- You want a game we do not have. Tell us the name and, if you can, where you used to play it. We cannot promise every request, but the list of what people ask for genuinely decides what gets built next.
- You are setting this up for a parent. If you are stuck, write to us. There is also a setup page that builds one link with the text size and games already chosen, so they open it and everything is ready.
What we cannot help with
We do not run any other games site, and we are not connected to any company whose games you may have played elsewhere. If you have paid money to a games site and want it back, or you are having trouble with an account somewhere, that is not us and we have no way to look it up. We have no accounts here at all — nothing to log into, nothing to cancel.
We will also never email you first. If a message arrives claiming to be from this site and asks for a password or a payment, it is not from us. See our promise page for what we will and will not do.
Who you are writing to
This site is built and run by one person, not a company or a support department. That means replies come from a human who can actually change the thing you are writing about — and also that a reply may take a few days. Messages are read in the order they arrive, and nothing is thrown away.
