- Set it up the way you like it — the size, the difficulty, the theme.
- Press Print this puzzle.
- Your browser’s own print window opens. Send it to paper, or choose Save as PDF if you would rather keep it for later.
Nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed. The buttons, adverts, menus and the rest of the page all drop away — only the puzzle itself lands on the page, sized to fill it. And the printed puzzle is always empty, so whatever you had already filled in on screen stays on screen.
The puzzles you can print
- Sudoku — The full 9 × 9 grid with the starting numbers in bold black and every empty square left roomy enough to pencil a number into. Pick Easy, Medium or Hard before you print.
- Daily Sudoku — The same thing, but it is today’s puzzle — print today’s and everyone who prints it on the same day is working on exactly the same grid.
- Cat Sudoku — The “place the queens” puzzle with cats — one cat per row, column and colour, and no two may touch. The printed grid comes in three sizes, with the colour regions outlined in heavy black so they are easy to follow even on a black-and-white printer. Mark your cats with a pencil.
- Word Search — The letter grid in big, well-spaced capitals with the list of words to find printed underneath — ready for a pencil or a highlighter. Choose a theme and a grid size first.
- Mini Crossword — The empty crossword grid with its numbered squares, and the Across and Down clues set out below it in clear large print. Thirty-three puzzles to work through.
- Bingo cards for a group — Print up to twenty cards at once, every one of them different, a single card to a page in numbers you can read across a room. A caller’s sheet listing all seventy-five numbers to cross off comes with them.
- Nonogram — An empty picture-logic grid with the row and column numbers in bold black, plus the heavier lines every few squares that make a big grid easy to count.

Kind to your printer
The sheets print black on white. No shaded grids and no heavy backgrounds to drink up your ink — just crisp lines and big, dark type, the way a good puzzle book looks. They print just as well on a cheap black-and-white printer as on an expensive colour one, and they photocopy cleanly if you need twenty copies for a group.
The one exception is Cat Sudoku, where the colours are the puzzle: its regions print as very pale tints, and each region is also outlined in heavy black so the sheet still works perfectly if you print it in black and white.
For activity organisers
If you run a coffee morning, a day centre or a care-home activity hour, this is the quickest way to get a room’s worth of puzzles ready. Print a stack of Word Searches in a few minutes, or print the same Daily Sudoku for everyone so that the group is working on one shared puzzle. Print a hard one and an easy one and let people choose. There is no licence to worry about and nothing to pay.
