Trivia Quiz

A gentle quiz on the good stuff: classic films, golden oldies, gardens, home cooking and everyday knowledge. Ten questions a round, four big answer buttons, a friendly fact after every one. No timer, no sign-up.

Choose a topic

Ten questions a round — take all the time you like.

How the quiz works

Pick a topic and you get a calm round of ten multiple-choice questions, shown one at a time in big, clear type. Each question has four large answer buttons labelled A to D — tap the one you like. You find out straight away whether you were right, always in words as well as colour, and every answer comes with one warm extra fact — the kind of thing you might pass along over a cup of tea. Then press Next question and carry on at your own pace.

There is no timer, no lives and no leaderboard. A wrong answer never costs you anything: the right one is simply shown, kindly, and the round carries on. At the end you get your score with a warm word and can play the same topic again with a fresh mix of questions.

Five friendly topics

The questions are chosen to be a pleasure to remember, not a trick to catch you out:

A pleasant daily habit

A short quiz makes a lovely small ritual — with the morning coffee, after lunch, or as a friendly contest across the kitchen table. Because every round draws ten fresh questions at random and shuffles the answers, the quiz stays interesting day after day. Reaching back for a film title or a song from years ago is simply a nice feeling — and each round only takes a few minutes, so it never becomes a chore.

Frequently asked questions

How does the trivia quiz work?
Pick a topic, and you get a round of ten multiple-choice questions, one at a time. Tap one of the four big answer buttons; you are told straight away whether you were right, along with a friendly extra fact. At the end you see your score and can play again with a fresh set of questions.
What topics can I choose from?
Five gentle topics: Classic Movies, Golden Oldies Music, General Knowledge, Nature & Gardening, and Food & Cooking. The questions lean toward the films, songs and everyday know-how of the 1940s through the 1980s — things that are a pleasure to remember.
Is there a timer or a way to lose?
No. There is never a clock, no lives and no leaderboard. Take all the time you like on every question, and a wrong answer simply shows you the right one with a kind word and an interesting fact.
Do the questions repeat?
Each round draws ten different questions at random from a larger bank, and the answer choices are shuffled every time, so no two rounds feel quite the same. Play the same topic again and you will meet a fresh mix.
Is it really free?
Yes — free, with no sign-up and no email. A few small, clearly labelled ads keep the site running, never as pop-ups and never over the quiz.
